Delivery Policy

- Deliveries are made all week except national holidays through Indian Post services.
- If you do not receive your package within the specified time, contact support via WhatsApp +91 7003810616 or email Booksindya2024@gmail.com within 2 working days.
- If you are not present at delivery, BooksIndya will assume another family member at the address is authorized to accept the order. If nobody is available, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery time.
- Our delivery personnel deliver products at your front door only.
- Delivery time depends on distance, location, availability, and other factors. Generally, delivery takes 4–6 business days. Remote locations may take longer.
- If Indian Post tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery status update.
